This is a draft outlining our general approach to privacy and usage, and needs legal review before it's formally adopted or applied to real customer data processing.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using the platform, whether as a team member of a subscribed firm or as an external party (inspector, appraiser, engineering firm, or approved contractor), you agree to these terms.
2. Scope of service
The platform provides tools to manage the real estate valuation transaction lifecycle from request to certified report, plus a dedicated portal for external parties to bid on requests and track their dues. The platform is an operational tool and does not itself issue valuations or financial decisions.
3. User responsibilities
Every user is responsible for the accuracy of data they enter or upload, for keeping their login credentials confidential, and for not using the platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
4. Offers and assignment between parties
An external party submitting an offer on an open request does not obligate the firm to accept it, and acceptance does not create an employment relationship between the firm and the external party — the relationship is an independent contractual one, governed by a separate agreement between the parties per transaction.
5. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided as-is, with reasonable efforts made to ensure service continuity and accuracy, but the platform is not responsible for professional or financial decisions based on reports created or approved by a firm's users.
6. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time, and subscribed firms will be notified of any material change before it takes effect.
