We collect account data (name, email, mobile number, firm, and job role), valuation transaction data created by your team or uploaded by external parties (requests, inspection reports, technical reports, attachments), and technical usage data (login records, IP address, device type) for security and operational purposes.

Data is used solely to operate the platform and deliver its services: managing the valuation lifecycle, assigning requests to qualified external parties, sending notifications, calculating dues, and improving service performance and security.
